The Luneort industrial estate is predestined for the construction of wind turbines and for providing the associated maintenance and servicing.
The industrial estate is located at the southern end of the Fisheries Harbour and has deepwater access. In terms of transport links, the site is interesting not only because it is close to Bremerhaven Airport, but also on account of its proximity and excellent access to the A 27 motorway.
The site is around 80 ha in size. Its infrastructure is being systematically developed to meet the needs of the wind turbine construction industry.
