Attractive commercial and industrial sites, as well as theme-based Technology and Start-Up Centres are a key requirement for the continuous development of Bremerhaven as a centre for business. With this in mind, BIS has developed a concept for commercial properties that takes both the geographical and the 'thematic' structures of the city into account.
